Most of the articles linked to from the Boating OZ reports are media releases and are therefore freely available.

However, we take considerable time summarising these media releases on our reports for quick informative reading. Please provide a link to our website at http://www.boatingoz.com.au if you use bits in your newsletter. 

If you are a club or association forwarding the complete newsletter to members on a regular basis, please advise numbers. We prefer to send the newsletters from Boating OZ as if they are sent by another party it is confusing and time consuming when receivers contact us wishing to change their address etc.

Boating OZ Sailing and Weekly Reports offer a cost effective way of distributing a media release as they are sent to approximately 300 media people from Australia and around the world.

Media releases may be posted on Boating OZ if we cannot link to them on another site. Media releases about products will only be published free if they have sufficient news content. If not, advertising will be suggested.

Letters and comments will be published at the webmasters discretion and may be edited for clarity and space.

Distribution

Our latest distribution figures are always noted at the bottom of each report. But we know that people forward it to friends, associations forward it to their members and some have requested to be able to use part of the content in their own newsletters. So the real distribution is much higher.
